These numbers assume standard suitcases, not trunks or cartons. The common problem is four adults booking a sedan for an outstation trip with four large suitcases — the boot takes two. The result is bags on laps for four hours, or a vehicle change at the door. Telling us the luggage count at booking avoids both.
